We will meet, ensure that your social media accounts are set up properly, and co-create a Social Media Marketing Plan for your business.

Custom Canva Templates
A graphic designer on the STGP team will create a set of 12 Canva templates, branded to your business, and in-line with the Social Media Marketing Plan developed in Step 1.

Hands-On Training (Zoom or in Sundre; Approximately 1 hour)
This is a training session that will focus on:
(a) how to use the provided 12 Canva templates to create excellent social media posts,
(b) how to write a caption (words to go with the image/video) and
(c) how to use Meta Business Suite (or other scheduling software) to schedule a post.

3. Do I need to have social media accounts already set up?
Nope! We can help you set them up from scratch or review and optimize existing accounts during our first meeting.
4. What if I’m not tech-savvy?
No problem! This package is built to be beginner-friendly. We’ll walk you through everything step-by-step, at your pace.
5. What’s included in the Social Media Marketing Plan?
We’ll work together to identify your business goals, target audience, content themes, and a realistic posting schedule. You’ll walk away with a clear plan that you can actually stick to.
6. What are Canva templates and why do I need them?
Canva templates are reusable, editable graphics customized for your business. Our designer will create 12 branded templates that make it easy to create eye-catching posts - no design experience required.
7. What do I need before the first meeting?
Ideally, have your logo, any brand colors, and a few business photos ready. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything - we’ll help you work with what you have.
8. Can I book this package if I’m not local to Sundre?
Yes! All meetings can be done via Zoom, so this package is available Canada-wide.
9. Can I get additional support after the training session?
Absolutely. We offer follow-up support, monthly social media packages, and one-on-one coaching. Just ask!
10. Will this package teach me how to run ads?
This package focuses on organic (unpaid) social media content. If you’re interested in learning about paid ads, let us know and we can recommend additional training or support.
11. What does the Kickstart Package cost?
The full package is $599 + GST. This includes your strategy session, 12 branded Canva templates, and hands-on training.
12. What are the payment options?
You can choose whichever payment plan works best for your budget:
